I went through two rounds of interviews and spoke with 3 people in total. I believe this made for a very thorough interview experience and gave me the opportunity to meet/speak with a variety of Perks employees. The first interview, I spoke with my direct manager and then a VP. The second interview, I spoke with another VP. They were very flexible about when I could come in to interview, since I was currently employed and leaving my job during work hours wasn't always simple.
After being employed there, I could see that every potential hire is interviewed by as many people as possible. This is great because it ensured they would make a good fit to the company culture.
