We do try to make sure that we gauge a candidate's enthusiasm for the role and the opportunity before we go into salary. All our online application forms ask applying candidates for their compensation expectations, and we don't contact anyone where there's a mismatch. Truthfully, we will adjust salaries for exemplary candidates. And we never go deep into a process without making sure we're aligned on a salary range.
