HR Team is incompetent, non-communicative. Took more then a month to get face to face interviews. They was a screening phone call, then two stages of face to face interviews, in previous experience, why did you chose this field, company etc.. The entire process seemed unorganized and interviews seemed like they are never been in a senior responsible position..
