met the hiring manager and the HR Manager, they were very nice, told that I would spend lots of time on the phone. They do education loans collections. they also have other jobs, but that's all that I was interested in.

straight to the point, have you read scripts to test your reading skills, basic understanding of math and being able to communicate clearly and well enough to speak with all sorts of people.
