Two phone interviews explaining the hiring process, followed by a technical project you are given to complete before the scheduled in person interview. As a CS major, the project was a little tricky and I felt it was a bit out of my scope of expertise, but I put a lot of effort into it which I believe showed, as I later received an offer.
