I had mixed feelings about my interview experience. My first two interviews with the Recruiter and the Director of People Operations were positive. Both were professional and engaging.
However, my third interview with the COO left me with a negative impression. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed during our conversation, as he frequently interrupted me and even laughed at some of my responses. This behavior made it difficult to fully articulate my thoughts and left me questioning whether my input was being taken seriously.
While I appreciated the earlier parts of the process, the interaction with the COO gave me concerns about how feedback and communication might be handled at a higher level in the company.

The team was very vague when I was asking for feedback. Therefore, a bit lacking in the candidate experience aspect of things and overall made the experience unenjoyable. Other than that, they were nice.

Person I spoke with was nice, typically intro. interview (get to know you, why are you looking, sharing details about background/experience). Believe it would have been three rounds and then a mock interview. Wasn't the right fit due to compensation. One thing I didn't like was the comp. was below what was stated on the job description.
