I had an awful experience interviewing with this company. They pride themselves on being this “fun, and hip, but hard working” place to work, but lack some basic skills. I was told I would have 3 interviews. The first was a quick phone interview. The second was a Zoom interview shortly after with one of the hiring managers, which was a fairly standard interview. The last call was “accidentally” not scheduled but they called me and basically acted like it was a “curveball” and that I’d need to be able to catch those curveballs? The interview was all of the same questions from the previous interview. I waited a week and was then asked to do a 4th interview in office and was to be given a tour. I figured this was going to be them offering me the job. I go and am put through 2 more interviews by the previous 2 interviewers with all of the same questions. Which was incredibly frustrating as I didn’t see why I needed to repeat myself 3 separate times. They told me they’d get back to me in a week and even after waiting a week and a half to reach out, they still didn’t give me an answer until almost a month after that last interview.
