Had a phone interview, then zoom and the last one was with the owner himself and his crew.
The whole process was OK. I think I answered two or three things wrong.
Then someone from inside told me they hired a Persian girl with no experience because she was the same nationality as the owner. Great right? This guy go to Canada to be a racist. This company should be investigated.

the process was condenscending and misogynistic I was desperate and took the job.The process was overly prolonged and extremely degrading. Working there did not challenge my techical skills. The technical i terview was more a series of questions about my personal life. I found it creepy.

I received the phone call from the HR 2 days after I applied for the position. She told me a bit about the position and the company and scheduled an interview on the following day. I was interviewed by the HR and two other technical guys. They first asked me a little bit about myself then moved on to the technical questions.
