CO was working with a recruiter. Recruiter reached out to me and after a conversation set up an interview with the general business manager. The interview was going well, so the GBM called in the president and I was hired on the spot that same day! Very quick process for me.

Recruiter sent over a job description and then one in person interview at location. The general manager went over my resume in detail in the first part of the interview and explained the expectations for this job. Then he called in the president of the co for the remainder of the interview.
