Thanks so much for providing us with some feedback regarding your interview experience. We are really sorry to hear that the interview you had with our CEO was such a bad experience for you. Your feedback was shared in detail and we can ensure you that it wasn't the intention to be perceived like this. Nonetheless, your precise examples were super helpful, as it gives us more insights on what to focus on.
Regarding you saying that you were ghosted after the interview and hence could not provide direct feedback: we went through all e-mails with candidates being interviewed for this role during this timeframe and we reached out to every candidate after the final call, where we asked for a feedback call. This is super important to us, as we believe feedback is important from both sides. As the communication in our recruitment process is sent via our ATS "Recruitee", it unfortunately happens once in a while that e-mails land in the spam folder, which may have happened in this case.
