Met with several members of my would-be team, as well as two vice presidents and the COO. In order to be considerate of me traveling a long distance, all 6 people met with me in one day rather than spreading the interviews out over multiple meetings. It was clear that experience and credentials were very important, but finding a cultural match and seeing how I think and communicate were especially critical.
