2 interview process, first was a technical evaluation and second was a meeting with the president. Both interviews were pleasant, and focused more on real world application and experience than text book knowledge. Overall the entire process was very professional, expectations were set in the beginning and Percento was very transparent. I really got the feeling they wanted to make sure they were a good fit for me, like I was going to be for them.
