I had several really good interviews for another position. Everyone was super nice and the recruiter told me he got really good feedback, but was told they weren’t moving forward with that position. He recommended me to another recruiter for this position and I had more good interviews, then silence for over a month. I then received another invitation to interview. I sat alone in the Zoom meeting and no one showed up. I emailed the person that had scheduled the interview and he quickly called me and said no one was able to access Zoom. I checked back in later to see if we were going to reschedule and never heard from anyone again.

The phone interview was followed by two virtual interviews. The assignments were detailed. I agree with someone else who said that they may have been fishing for contacts. The interview tasks were time consuming. I also felt it was a bait and switch type thing because the job was advertised as fully remote but then it didn’t appear to be that way during the interview.
