Two total interviews: One behavioral interview and one resume interview. Asked behavioral questions such as “what steps would you take to launch x flavor beverage in x market?” and basic leadership situational questions. Overall, not super difficult interview if you know your resume well.

first stage was a video interview. I progressed to the final interview. the interviewers were chill asked standard behavioral and situational questions everything felt good but I didn't get the offer. feeling confused and dejected as to what I might have done wrong

Entretien
The interview was a one-way video interview where I was given 3 different questions with 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer each question. Before the interview, there was practice given to get used to the platform. The questions I was given were mainly behavioral-based.
