There were several interviews, including a presentation, group interview and one-on-one interview. There was a tour of the office as well. The interview took the whole day as it was branded as an 'assessment centre' so you were with approx. 6 other candidates.

Competency questions, namely, tell us about yourself. Tell us about a time where you faced a difficult challenge and how you overcame this.
I talked with a campus recruiter and was emailed about the opportunity that night. Came in for an on-campus interview 2 days later. The lady didn't really know much about the internship and just read from a script the entire interview.

Face to face interview with HR, questions are more about behavioroual questions:
1. biggest achievement
2. time taking a leadership
3. time when make a difference
4. time when challenge the traditional way of working
