Interview is set questions that they read from and answer the exact way you word it.. answer how you can benefit their company then a third party company does all their hiring background check and everything else the process took me 2 months to get hired because of something on my background some people are also quicker just depends on the situation

After I submitted my online application, I was emailed a week letter about being offered an interview. I called in to schedule an in person interview for the following week. During the interview I completed a 45min physical test and a 10 minute interview mainly asking about precious driving experience, pretty easy. After the process I was offered the job I received a contingent email offer 3 days letter from the company.
