Entretien
There will be a psychometery test before interview. Qualified candidates will be called for technical interview, in case candidate is shortlisted then he/she has to go through interview with lead plant manager.
Sat down in a 1 on 1 interview with them. Talked mainly about personality and myself; not many technical questions. Interviewer seemed comfortable in sharing his own experience of the job.
