The initial college interviewing process is at least two days starting with information sessions in the evening. The info sessions are a great time to get face-time with a few of the people that are interviewing the next day. It also is informative without being boring and they play mini-games to explain the information and also to get to know people. Some take resumes that day but most people are referred via the school, so if you're called for an interview it happens over the following two days where its just you and one person. The person I interviewed with was very interested and engaging even though she wasn't over the field that I was applying for. If you make it past that round, there is another round of interviews where PepsiCo invites you to one of their plants (in my case it was Orlando) and over three days all applicants gets tours around the facility, get to participate in group projects and assignments, and then has a panel interview

Talked to the company at a college career fair and was invited for a preliminary on campus interview which took roughly 30 minutes. A week later I was informed that I was invited to do an on-site interview in Wythville, VA. The on-site consisted of presentations and tours of the facilities as well as an informal dinner. The actual interview was the next morning and consisted of a resume review, case study, location preferences, and general behavioral questions.
