I applied through my university and it was overall a positive experience. I interviewed with 2 Pepsi employees who asked mostly behavior questions. They were mostly interested in my fit in the company culture and my willingness to relocate.

The interview process was a great experience, and although I wasn’t selected for the role, I found it to be positive overall. I had the opportunity to speak with HR, the hiring manager, and a cross-functional team member, gaining valuable insights into the team and company.
