The overall interview process was good, however there was some disconnect between what the role highlighted initially and what the technical interview had to say about it. That meant that there wasn’t enough clear communication between HR, the hiring consultants and the management.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PepsiCo en oct. 2018
Entretien
I applied online and had a phone screen with the PepsiCo recruiter, then a phone screen with the hiring leader. I then had to take two sets of assessments that took several hours - personality, leadership styles, critical thinking. Apparently these are sent to HR and if you "pass" you can continue to the in-person interview. The final interview was with 3 leaders from the team - 45 minutes each. After all of this, I received only a do-not-reply automatic message from the system that I was not selected. It felt incredibly impersonal after considerable effort and time on my part as part of the process. Also, the benefits and salary were not very attractive.

the interview consisted of 5 separate Zoom calls over the course of 2.5 weeks and then a wait of 1.5 weeks until the offer was made by the company and was accepted by me
