Applied online, scheduled for phone interview a few days later. Technical difficulty on recruiter end so had to reschedule phone. Then had a positive interview on location then at headquarters. I was then offered the position a day after and given a 24 hour window to accept. I missed the window but communicated to confirm the offer was still valid, I completed my testing as needed. I then accepted the offer. I was then Informed the day before my start date that my offer had been rescinded, citing vague decisions on their end and offering to explain further. But it feels clear that I wasn’t supposed to be hired or was being used in some grand scheme. HR was very respectful of me but I feel that the company as a whole wasted my time and has disrespected me in this process as the position was reposted the same day. I Do not recommend applying to this company based on my experience.
