I first received a phone call from and HR representative who asked basic questions before scheduling an in-person interview with the supervisor. That interview was pretty straight-forward -- questions about previous internships and studies (first job out of college). I also took a writing test, which was to write a sample press release and edit a one-pager. The second interview was with both the supervisor and the vice president. That was mainly a meet-and-greet.
