Filled out some forms. Was shown the shop, which was very dirty with trash everywhere. Asked to sign releases for drug test and background check. The manager did not interact with anyone in the shop and one employee seemed to control the flow of work in the shop and had 3 bays tied up plus the alignment rack. Since they offered me more money than I asked for and let me work at night I took the job. I had to call several days in a row to get a start date, it's like the manager totally forgot about me.

I was phoned by the area manager and offered an interview. I then interviewed with the Service Manager and the Store Manager for a couple of hours. They answered all of my questions and were knowledgeable. They also led me through the store to show me around. There were a lot of computer questions to answer. There is also a required drug test.
