Senior TA Manager reached out via email and scheduled phone interview. During the phone interview I was not given an overview of the company nor about what the position entailed. Based on two questions asked said I wasn't a good fit given that I have over 2 years of experience in recruiting and the requirement was to only have 3 months since it's a Junior recruiter position.
