Contacted by HR that hiring manager picked my resume and wants to interview. That same week, HR contacted me again to say that I might also be interested in their R&D Engineer I position. Interviewed with HR and got 2nd round interview for that job as well.

The interview process consists of a Recruiter Screen, Manager Phone Screen, all followed by a Panel on current employees that lasts for several hours and goes through technical skills, soft skills, and situational questions.
