The interview went well. The Operations Director was very friendly and made the session feel more like a casual conversation rather than a formal interview. He explained the job scope and expectations clearly, which gave me a better understanding of the role. I hope to receive positive feedback from them soon.

Poor flow process from HR itself, unprofessional ways of attempts and reply when you're getting an invitation for the section, stills having room for improvement keep it up on this matter.
