J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pentair (Brookfield, WI) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Two face to face interviews, with three people. They asked about my mechanical ability (the position was for a lab tech which included repairing/installing industrial sized pistons and cylinders).

Initially applied for the job online via Pentair's website. Job posting said St. Paul which is perfect for me, but in actuality was in White Bear Lake. Whole process consisted of three interviews, an initial phone interview/screen, an in person interview which was both 1:1 and panel, and then a third interview/meet and greet.
Overall the interview process was average and consisted of mostly background information about myself, but also included some technical knowledge questions. After a period of roughly two weeks I was given an offer. In discussing my initial thoughts about it with the HR Manager, I was told "there's no wiggle room".
After thinking about it over the weekend, I declined the offer with no counter based on the fact I'd been told there's no wiggle room. Not ten minutes later I was called saying "really willing to negotiate and we are very flexible". A little contradicting don't you think.
I had called back twice and left voicemails, but had received no reply for over a week. I then was called by another person who asked for my feedback about the whole interview offer process. I gave both positive and negative feedback and was professional about it. The position was no longer available to me.
A little confusing and unprofessional on their part in offering me the position, saying they'd negotiate, then no correspondence, and then simply asking for feedback saying it's no longer available...
