Step 2: 30-minute phone screen with HR (basic behavioral questions and salary expectations)
Step 3: 1-hour technical interview with hiring manager (data analysis test + campaign strategy discussion)
Step 4: Final round panel interview with team members (collaboration style and culture fit questions)

Talk to recruiter then connects you to hiring manager. This was during covid times so I had a phone call with the site leader first, then Zoom call with my potential manager and one engineer, followed by a tour/interview in person of the site
