The panel interview was a mixture of scenario, STAR, and knowledge based questions. The interview was challenging but not difficult. Ensure interview preparation through rehearsal and having a clear understanding of what you're applying to. Once the interview was completed, the results are ranked based off of OPM/ WHS guidelines.
