Entretien
1. HR phone screening.
2. First interview with line manger of the role, with scenario and working style questions, on top of talking about experience.
3. One written test and one excel test, completed remotely with 1h time limit in total, fairly basic, but time can be a bit tight.
4. In-person interview with managing director, in an unstructured conversational style. Talking about relevant experience and expectations, plus some insights.
Both interviewers were very friendly and engaged, and open to all my questions.

I had an initial general phone call with the head of HR followed by interviews with the managing director of the team and then with a sector consultant, plus a fairly easy assessment. All took place within about 2-3 weeks.

Entretien
A 3 stage process; an online interview with HR asking about your background and motivations, a similar online interview with the head of the department and an in person interview (including Excel and written skills assessments - 30 mins each - and an interview with the deputy head of the department).
