Initial phone call from a recruiter before being called to set up a interview time. My interview was a panel interview with a few supervisors from the team. It was a standard format with introducing myself, reviewing my resume and Q&A before asking for my questions.

The head of HR contacted me to set up the interview. They originally wanted me to come in the next busines day for the interview, which was not possible as I am currently employed. At the interview, I was met by the team leader, the department head and the head of another department. The questions were pretty standard, however, I felt that the interview was off the cuff and that I was more prepared for the interview than they were. Mostly I was asked questions regarding clarification of my resume. I was told that I'd be contacted the following week. I followed up two times before I was contacted 4 weeks after my interview to let me know that they choose another candidate.
