Interview was with 3 individuals; the department manager, and two 2nd level technicians. They went over my resume and asked me many questions ranging from how I would handle difficult users, to technical questions to test my knowledge. This part was fine, it was really the process that followed that was horrendous. I was told I would be informed of their decision within a week or two. After 1 week, I attempted to contact the manager to see if a decision had been made, but couldn't reach them. This continued for several weeks, never able to get any sort of confirmation one way or the other. According to the employee who referred me, no one had been hired to their knowledge. Eventually, almost two months later, I received an email saying the position had been filled, only for them to call me a month later with a job offer.
