Human resources was was quick to reply. Easy interviews as interviewer was easy to talk to. The process was not stressful. Followed up quickly with my follow up questions. No second interview required.

Entretien
I met with the branch manager for the interview. He wanted to make sure that I had basic customer service knowledge, and basic interpersonal skills. This job is demanding in that it requires you to think fast on your feet, and to solve the endless problems of the Penske customers.
Not too bad. Once you're able to get in contact with the recruiter. The recruiter forgot about me and I had to contact them back for an interview. After that, one interview with 4 supervisors then was immediately offered the position.
