A lot of questions asking the same thing in different ways. I mentioned their values and mission about 5 times, and included it in my response about why I wanted to work there. Got feedback that they wish I demonstrated prior knowledge of their values. Not sure how I possibly could've added it anymore in the interview, Seems like blanket feedback to all candidates who were declined,

Entretien
Interview itself was fine and quite casual, and communication prior was pretty prompt. Only two gripes, the main one being the role advertised, CSM, was much closer to Customer Support which only really became apparent at interview stage, and there were no real questions about my experience/CV which felt like they went into it blind.
