It was on zoom with two other applicants. It lasted about an hour. The woman interviewing me was very nice and respectful, and it did not feel tense or scary. It caught me a little off guard how much I had to talk about my passions in life and who I am as a person.

The interview was ill-communicated and unprofessional compared to other companies I have interviewed with. It was a surprise group interview, which was not communicated ahead of time. The interview was quite long, and felt very impersonal due to the group setting. The same questions are asked of all interviewees.
