The whole process was very straight forward, my boss gave me 10 minutes to dismount a computer and put it back in to make it work at the end. This was an entry position for students so they don't expect you to be a super expert but to have basic knowledge of how everything works.

The interview is with the Classroom and Student Technology Manager. The interview usually last 30-45 minutes. It is very straight forward and is just the manager asking questions. During the interview, the manager gives very little feed back and will not make it a conversation.
