The initial interview is over the phone. It was pleasant but difficult to gauge over the phone. The process seems to take a long time. However, that seems common nowadays anyway. I am unfamiliar with the process beyond the initial interview.

Schedule a zoom interview over a week out, will be interviewed by a minimum of a panel of 5 people who will take turns asking very detailed questions about your behavior style, and other extremely detailed difficult 3 part questions. After, I was emailed homework where I was asked to provide a written word document in response to a change in a meeting in outlook and the steps I would take to move the meeting. I was asked for previous email communications from previous employers as example of how I communicate in email.
