Group telephone interview and group in-person interview. Intimidating atmosphere; several "gotcha questions" regarding Drupal. Some individuals on the interview panel were obviously texting each other about my answers during the interview. Who does that?

Entretien
An initial phone screening, then a zoom interview (about ~1 hour), and then a second in-person interview. The last one was about 4 hrs long but really it was just an introduction to the team. You meet everyone and have lunch with a couple of your supervisors. I did have to present a portfolio of my work at the end but it wasn't bad at all.

They were really interested in website analytics, one question I got asked a couple of times was "have you ever collected usability data or represented it in any way?"

Entretien
I was referred by a faculty member and I emailed the hiring department head. She scheduled me for an in person interview. I briefly interviewed with her. I was offered a position. I completed the proper paperwork and waited for a background check to be completed. I started about two weeks after the interview.
