You are contacted by a recruiter first. The first round of interviews were with three current employees who are all in the department. They round table rapid fired interviews questions for about 50 minutes. Some questions were a bit odd, but a majority had to do with the interview. No real chance to get to know the potential employee and their personality with how quick the questions came, and no real chance given to have a conversation... just question and answer.
