I applied online and then got a call from the administrative assistant from the department that they would like to schedule an online interview. I had a online interview with the department including the 2 Directors and 1 administrative assistant.

They asked me typical behavioral questions, such as "describe a situation when you solved a problem, or tell me about a time when you were involved in a team project and what was the outcome."
