I interviewed with a senior director and a recruiter. The recruiter emailed and told me they would get back to me in a week due to a pause in interviewing and when I followed up she ghosted me. The Senior Director checked my LinkedIn a total of 4 times and the recruiter led me to believe I would be moving forward in the interview process. I found their behavior extremely unprofessional and rude. It's OK not to move someone along but don't Constant check their LinkedIn or tell them you plan to move them forward and then disappear. Seems like it would be a highly toxic environment to work in if this is how they treat candidates.
