Face to face. Much of interview was being asked if I understood what the position was for and about. Told the dress code. Explained that it was entry level. Asked if I was comfortable working with the homeless population or drug addicts. Other questions were asked. Appeared to be a very diverse team. Not as inclusive or understanding of persons who may have learning disabilities or neurodivergency. Over all there was a lot of laughter during the interview however I could not gauge if they appreciated it or not. I arrived early for interview but nobody was at their front desk. They were running a bit behind.
