HR reached out to me as I'd interviewed before, and I interviewed with the hiring managers the next day. It went well and I was asked to complete an assignment.
Started with the recruiter (HR) to discuss salary expectations before the interviews with hiring managers. I went through about four interviews total. Overall, they were very friendly and thoughtful people.

Video interview with recruiter followed by video interview with hiring manager. I followed up with my recruiter multiple times over the course of 3 weeks but kept getting the run around. Buying time for the hiring manager to continue the process with other candidates. I understand if I am not the right candidate, but don't string me along for weeks especially if I am being proactive and asking for an update.
