One of the best companies I've ever interviewed with.
Very engaging process from the first contact with the recruiter and throughout every meeting/email exchange. I had a few calls with the recruiter who was incredibly helpful in answering a ton of my questions and I decided to move forward with the interview process. I then had a series of 5 other interviews with:
- The employee that would be my manager.
- Two employees: one in the role I was interviewing for and one in a role that I would be working very closely with.
- An Enterprise AE that I would be working closely with.
- Two Leaders of the CS Department.
- The CCO.
Every single person I spoke with was incredibly smart, kind, and helpful. Of course I had the normal interview questions one would expect for a CSM role, but each interviewer also allowed me to ask a ton of questions as well.
After I received an offer, I ended up having more questions that popped into my mind. The whole Pendo team was incredibly helpful in offering time (which I took), to help answer any and all additional questions I had.
Like I mentioned - this is one of the best companies I've ever interviewed with and I'm not sure if (or how?) that will ever be topped.
Although I ultimately ended up not moving forward with the offer (timing just wasn't right for me to make a move), it's evident that Pendo is an amazing company - with an incredible product, culture, and top-notch people. They are well organized and are positioning themselves to scale rapidly over the next few years.
