Had a simple phone call with a recruiter that just went over my experience and asked me a few basic questions about things like agile. Answered all of them and was told, word for word, "looks like your experience matches up you'll definitely be hearing about next steps within the next few weeks". 2 weeks go by and the recruiter just ignores my emails only to be given some automated rejection email about 2.5 weeks after the interview. The phone call did nothing but go over my experience and the recruiter believed I was a good fit. Absolute joke of a recruiting process. The other reviews all make sense.
