Applied online for a Software engineer role and after the initial screening with a recruiter, moved to a phone screen. The interviewer was not very helpful and bit sarcastic during the interview process, not sure if it was his bad day or his typical nature. I think this company needs better processes and people before they can get good candidates.

Initial contacts went smoothly. Was invited for an on-site interview after a live coding session online which also went nicely. The people I met however were not friendly and I certainly did not feel welcomed there. The interview itself was more of a problem solving sessions, some that they said they didn't know the answers to, which would have been ok if it had only taken a small portion of the interview, but it dragged on. Overall I thought the technology consisted of grabbing a bunch of other off-the-shelf technologies and combining them, not much innovation. They explained the reason for this was so they could go to market soon and the job consisted of how you can make that work asap. They will surely have competitors that do way more stuff than them soon.
