Phone interview with HR. Then video interview with Senior Manager, who was late. Despite having qualifications and not hitting any hiccups on the interview, waited a week, followed up and got an immediate unexplained rejection. And that was it. One thing I find odd about this company, there seems to be people moving up an entire position level, every year or so which is literally unheard of anywhere. Someone can go from an analyst to a senior manager in three years. There's senior managers still in their 20s, and in another company they're usually in their 40s. Not sure why that is.

Had phone interview. They were unsure about how the company was progressing. Didn’t give me much assurance while interviewing with them. There was no second interview. It was clear I wasn’t interested

The recruiters were very responsive and got back to me immediately after each interview round. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice. It's clear they loved working at Peloton and the people they worked with
Found the open position through Linked in and sponges through that. Phone call with recruiter and then phone call with hiring manager. Pretty standard procedure. Interview questions were standard as well.
