Applied online and got a call within few days. First Round was coding challenge and I have completed it in a day and next day I got a mail from HR to schedule a phone interview. Got rescheduled it few times due to lack of coordination between HR and me. Finally HR confirmed a date but din't mention the time. From then HR stopped replying to my email's and haven't heard back from them. I wouldn't have worked for them even they offered.
