Pretty repetitive, you start with a basic screening phone call with an HR rep, then you talk to a team member, then they move you into what they call the "final round" where you have back to back to back interviews with team members, then they will have another call to discuss the role and perks, finally a call with a manager.

It was 3 rounds. First round was a recruiter screen, next was a conversation with one of the team members, and then the final round consisted of 3 (30 min interviews with various team members I'd be working more closely with). It was a thorough process and pretty straightforward. 100% behavioral
