consisted of a facilities and town tour followed by 2 rounds of a 4 person panel interview with different people and concluded with a one on one with the director of that department.
The entire event was well choreographed and time intensive.
The interviews had a mix of talking through your resume, STAR, and describing how you would address an actual issue the department was having. There was at least one panel member who was skeptical of my qualifications.
The one on one was very informal and seemed like a formality because I figured they had already made up their mind.
Received notice of non-selection 2 weeks later.
